At Cluncle, we believe in creating social productivity applications for the working professionals which are fun, social and enjoyable for the entire working professionals . isupportmyapp is a Business Productivity application which allows you to create tasks, associated issues and the resolutions. The aim is to create a handy productivity guide and dashboard to refer for work related questions and issues. Now, here are the details: 1) Create a Project through the Project Option 2) Create a Task, Enter description 3) A Task can be attached to a Contact Person from the address book who can be contacted in case of questions.4) A frequency or window can also be set for the Task through Datepicker. 5) One or many problems can be added to a task. 6) Corresponding resolution can be entered for the problem. 7) The Matrix view allows to list the matrix of task , Problems , resolutions and the corresponding contact. There is an intelligent search box which allows to search for a task or problem 8) The Task list shows the list of tasks occurring around the time Window.
